Gayathri Iyer

Head of Operations

Leader of the Operations Team, Gaya is responsible for our systems and processes to deliver an optimal customer experience for all our partners. 

Gaya’s established career in banking and finance is also well rounded with experience across standards development, information services and customer relationship management and as such, performs an integral role in maintaining the highest standards with our systems and spearheading their continuous evolution.  

Gaya has an MBA in Finance and is an active participate in Australia’s Women & Leadership Development Program. 

When she’s not at work, Gaya will be with her family enjoying some sport (particularly cricket!) or in the garden.    

Aisling Murray

Senior Associate

Hailing from Ireland, Ash spent the early parts of her career in the financial services industry and client services in Dublin before making the move to Australia.

Ash have gained experience across various industries during her time in Australia including financial services, government, and construction. Her time working as a civil laborer and moxy driver in regional areas gave her an exciting insight and appreciation for the work that many of our clients do.

With a Bachelor of Business Studies from Dublin City university, she has a passion for delivering the highest standards of service to our clients.

When she’s not working, she spends her time enjoying the Aussie weather, the beautiful beaches, sunrises, and coastal walks that Sydney has to offer and taking every opportunity to travel and see more of Australia.

Sarah Abraham

Client Service Representative

Having previously worked within assistant based roles, Sarah gained experienced within hospitality and the commercial real estate industry. Working as a Team Assistant and Executive Assistant within a corporate environment gave Sarah the stepping stone to advance her career into a client-facing and fast paced role.

Having completed a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Management and Marketing at Western Sydney University, Sarah obtained the skills needed to persevere within a high pressured role and has used her degree to further explore the industry and find what is best suited for her career.

In her spare time, Sarah spends her days with friends and family, going on spontaneous drives, exploring new food places and finding the next place she can travel to.

Kate Allen

Senior Associate Client Services Representative

Kate has an advanced diploma in business marketing, majoring in event management which has allowed her to develop her skills in customer service, administration, operations, management, and logistics.

Kate prides herself on being a diligent and dedicated professional and is genuinely enthusiastic about creating lasting connections with clients and the community.

Having moved from the insurance industry into the finance world, Kate also operates a small business as a wedding celebrant.

When Kate isn’t at work or officiating weddings, she is spending time with her husband and two dogs – Mickey & Alvin and enjoying the fabulous food & wine Orange has to offer.
